To make our New World Gin, we start with a cane neutral spirit and 13 botanicals. Some are hand-ground daily and others remain whole to appropriately balance the differences in each of the ingredients. We then macerate and distill the spirit in our botanical pot still. Our Distillers make careful head and tail cuts. We bottle it at 94 proof, which allows a better preservation of the botanical oils and presents very well when mixed in a cocktail. We believe this to be one of the best gins available. 47.0% ABV.
