Very chewy noodles from 100% pure sweet potato starch. Essential in dumpling soup, beef soup and other Korean style stew. Direction. 1) Put noodle into boiling water and let boil for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. 2) Stir Fry the sliced beef, onion, mushroom and carrot in a greased pan adding soya sauce and garlic. Blanch the spinach, rinse in cold water and drain. 3) Mix well all the prepared ingredients with condiments listed.
