This Pinot Meunier-driven Champagne from Premier Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims sub-region also features Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and heritage grapes varieties like Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Fromenteau. 50% of the wine is a perpetual reserve dating back to 1998, élevage was done in stainless steel, dosage is around 6 g/l residual sugar, malolactic conversion was completed, and the wine was aged on lees for 24+ months.
