Zignum, which means "tip of the spear," is celebrated as an exceptionally smooth, refined Mezcal. The Maestro Mezcalero and his team operate with an eco-friendly mindset from field, to barrel, to bottle. We harvested the hearts (pinas) at the peak of maturity, with a focus on bringing out the authentic flavor of the agave in the finished spirit. The Mezcal is then aged for no less than 12 months in French amd American oak barrels for added complexity and character. Perfect for sippping neat or in classic cocktails.
